The $mart$tart™ Bonus program is simple. You must be an active Member who has placed a qualifying order in the same month you sponsor a new Member. When that new Member places a first order, you receive a 20 percent BVP cash commission on the order in addition to the sale commission earned, which is determined by your Member title.
It is not difficult to chart a course for rewards with the $mart$tart™ Bonus plan. It is as simple as using AIM’s USSBT business building plan:

•  Build strong relationships.
•  Teach others to do the same.

It is all about people helping people to help improve the health and wealth quality of their lives. Put your plan into action and set reasonable, attainable goals for your success. Establishing deadlines is logical and gives you a good starting point for meeting your goals. Since AIM commissions are paid out monthly, let’s see what is possible with using months as the measuring stick.

Month 1Let’s put numbers to your goals. Keep in mind in this scenario that your starting title and your
downline are Wholesale Members (MBR).
a)  Get 25 new Members or customers to purchase 50 BVP (bonus value points) per month to earn 1,250 PV (personal volume)
b)  Work with 5-downline Members to do the same –
     get 25 MBR/customers to purchase 50 BVP/month 6,250 GV (group volume)
c) Total GV  7,500 (group volume)

Outcome: You promote to title of Director  (you need 150 PV to qualify for  commissions at your new title).
Personal commissions earned: 1,250 PV x 18 percent = $225.00.
Commissions earned on the GV’s of your five downline Members who all promote to PFM
(preferred member) is 6,250 x 12 percent = $750.00.

Estimated minimum earnings for your first month are: $975.00

Month 2You enter this time block as a Director and get to take advantage of the Director’s Growth Bonus Pool! You need 300 PV to participate in the Bonus Pools.
Taking the numbers from the previous month and adding a little more, let’s see what happens …
a)  Get 25 Members or customers to purchase 50 BVP/month to earn  1,250 PV
b)  Work with 5-downline Members to do the same –25 MBR/customers to purchase 50 BVP/month to earn  6,250 GV
c)   You sign up five new Members ordering one “Get a Life” Starter Pack or 100 BVP order equals 500 GV
d)   Total GV  8,000   1,250 PV x 18 percent = $225/500 GV for new Members x 18 percent = $90/Total = $315.

Outcome: Your downline promotes to PCL (Product Consultant) this month meaning 6,250 x 12 percent to earn $750.
With Month 2’s scenario, your GV is 8,000 earning you six shares in the Director Growth Bonus Pool. At an estimated
share value of $170, your six shares total $1,020.

Your estimated minimum earnings for your second month are: $2,085

Please note that this scenario does not include any profit on retail sales. These figures do not take into account any other personal product purchases or the activity of other Members in your downline. Nor does it take into account any $mart$tart™ Bonus, Three-Deep, or Elite Leadership Bonuses that may be earned as your downline grows. Your income could increase by these and other factors.
