Reach out and share the Living Well™ message with others!

The Living Well™ philosophy is simple. It is a willingness to acknowledge that the most important factor in your health is you—that you can improve your health through lifestyle choices.

Once we improve the quality of our own lives, and we begin to become excited about pursuing the lifestyle that we wish, it is only natural that we would want to share our success and tell others of our renewed sense of vigor.

How can we share with others?

While we can’t totally persuade others to make our exact choices, we can take the time to reach out to those we care about, and share our positive and enthusiastic approach toward Living Well™.

“Mainly, it’s just excitement. Basically, I listen just like a neighbor over the backyard fence,” comments AIM Chairman’s Club Member Sandy Combs. “I listen to what their needs are and tell them what works for me.” Sandy may then go on to describe the three simple steps of living well:

  • eliminating negative lifestyle choices
  • nourishing the body with plenty of water and healthy foods, including adequate intake of fruits and vegetables
  • replenishing the body with vital nutrients and health supplements.

Three simple steps for Living Well™:

Eliminating

“If someone tells me they feel tired all of the time, and have no energy, I just tell them they need to have more water.” At first, most people are receptive to the idea of increasing their water consumption, comments Sandy. “And, if they really want to feel better, then I suggest they need to use AIM Herbal Fiberblend®.”

Sandy goes on to explain that water is essential to flush toxins out of the body. “If your colon is sluggish, you’re reabsorbing all those nasty toxins back into the body.” Increased water consumption and AIM Herbal Fiberblend® will help to eliminate toxins and cleanse the system.

Another thing that Sandy stresses is “you’ve got to eliminate stress.” Exercise is also important. “Even just 10 minutes of walking per day, or doing some stretching before bedtime. Anything—any little amount of exercise can help.”

At this point, it may be advisable to consider eliminating other harmful choices, such as: smoking, fast-foods, excessive soda consumption, too much caffeine, drug abuse, excessive alcohol intake, and lack of sleep, or even living or working near pollutants.

Nourishing

When it comes to nourishing, Sandy again points out the importance of water. “Without adequate amounts of water, our cell walls become rigid.” Nutrients cannot enter and toxins cannot be released. Sandy recommends drinking approximately one-half your total body weight in ounces of water, up to about 80 ounces of water per day.

After increasing water intake, getting the necessary recommended five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables per day becomes the next challenge. Here, Sandy is totally honest with her customers and admits, “Some days, I am so busy and in a hurry, I know there’s no way that I’m going to get that amount of vegetables. But, I bring my AIM BarleyLife® capsules with me.”

The AIM Garden Trio® (AIM BarleyLife®, AIM Just Carrots®, AIM Redibeets®) is a perfect fast-food solution for people on the go, says Sandy. “I just tell people, everything now comes in capsule form, and you can carry it with you.”

Most of all, “I try to work with people in their element,” says Sandy. “I have several customers who are in the corporate world, and keeping the product at the office seems to work well for them. They take the product at 10 o’clock in the morning, and that seems to be a convenient time.”

A healthy, well-balanced diet is the goal, she notes. Vital nutrients come from a well-balanced diet that includes complex carbohydrates for energy, plus vegetables, fruits and grains; as well as proteins found in low-fat meats, poultry, fish and legumes.

Replenishing

In our hectic lives, times or situations occur when it becomes necessary to refuel, or replenish the body with other forms of nutrients. You may consider the use of dietary supplements to replenish the body with vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals do not provide energy, but they are essential in regulating the thousands of chemical reactions that occur in the body.

The concept of replenishing gives Sandy the opportunity to discuss special topics with her customers and downline. For example, she has noticed that antioxidants are becoming an increasing popular point of conversation.

“People are hearing about beta-carotene and they’re curious to know more about it,” says Sandy. At that point, she sees it as a perfect time to provide an AIM data sheet. “I just give them a data sheet which I’ve highlighted, and then I make sure to call and follow up with them to answer any of their questions.”

Many of her customers appreciate AIM Proancynol® 2000, which is perfect for those who live in an overly polluted environment or who are exposed to cell-damaging free radicals. Another popular item is AIM CellSparc 360® with coenzyme Q10, which is ideal for those concerned with circulation and heart health. This is popular among those aged 40 and above, she says. Additionally, AIM GinkgoSense™ with ginkgo biloba is a favorite of her customers.

Sandy recommends taking the AIM Teleclasses™ to increase product knowledge and become more comfortable in discussing AIM’s product line. “I’m not intimidated anymore,” comments Sandy. Since increasing her knowledge, “I’m reaching more people now than ever before.”

Just remember that you can’t totally dismiss years of diet or exercise neglect, but with good lifestyle choices and a consistent effort, you can take positive steps toward improved health by sharing the Living Well™ message with others.
